Ticket Redemption: This is NOT your admission ticket.
- Collect your tickets from your host , located to the right of the main entrance to the Royal Palace (under the Italian and European flags), in Piazza del Parlamento, 1. The host will be wearing a green “VoxCity” polo shirt and carrying a small flag.
- Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival. Bring your own headphones.
Openings
Norman Palace / Royal Palace:
- Monday to Saturday : 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Sundays and holidays: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm / 1:00 pm approximately.
Please note: On some days, the “royal apartments” may not be open to visitors (depending on parliamentary sessions).
Palatine Chapel
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 – 17:00.
- Sundays and holidays: 8:30 – 9:40 and then again 11:15 – 13:00 (the chapel is usually closed during religious services)
Please note: on days of religious celebrations or holidays the chapel may remain closed during service hours.
