This tour requires a minimum of 2 people on weekdays and Saturdays.
At least 4 people are required for this tour on Sundays and public holidays.
This tour may be cancelled/rescheduled if the group is less than 2 people
Please indicate your hotel address (within 15 km of Rovaniemi city centre) when checking out.
On the day of the tour, please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Depending on the season, the pick-up time may vary between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Show your smartphone ticket to the driver upon pick-up.
Please notify your guide of any dietary restrictions or allergies at check-in.
If you do not want to use the pick-up service, you can refer to the meeting point indicated on the voucher.
You will be provided with a professional camera, but you may bring your own equipment at your own risk.
If the cameras do not capture the Northern Lights during your tour, you will be able to rejoin the same tour (subject to availability) within one week of the original tour date. Further arrangements for another tour must be made directly on-site between the customer and the supplier.
