Ticket collection:
This is NOT your entrance ticket or shuttle ticket.
Tickets will be sent via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of the travel date. The sender will be VoxCity.
The shuttle leaves from Corso Lucci, 199. The travel time is approximately one hour each way.
It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
For assistance, please visit the inStazione concierge desk at Napoli Centrale Station, located to the right of the Guess store.

- Bring water and a good pair of hiking shoes.
- The full climb takes about 3-4 hours, but you can stop wherever you like.
- Access to Vesuvius may be limited or closed due to weather conditions, volcanic activity or other force majeure events beyond our control.
In case of closure, tickets may be rebooked for the first available date, subject to availability.
