Please note the following information for your experience:

  • Meet your host at the Tower Bridge entrance, located on the west side of the North Tower.
  • The host will be wearing a VoxCity uniform. Make sure you have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.
  • Entrance to Tower Bridge is subject to security checks. Large bags or suitcases are not permitted.
  • Arrange a time to visit the Monument with your host. Entrance hours are from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
  • The Monument is located on Fish St Hill, a 15-minute walk from Tower Bridge.
  • Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the Monument's audio guide before arrival.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and bring your headphones.
  • The Monument has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps. The experience is not recommended for those with limited mobility, claustrophobia, or vertigo.
  • Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at a time. There may be a wait of up to 30 minutes to enter the Monument.

Tower Bridge is open daily at the following times:

  • From 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with last admission at 5:00 pm.
  • It is closed annually from December 24th to 26th. On January 1st it opens at 10:00.

The Monument to the Great Fire of London is open daily at the following times:

  • Morning: 9:30 am to 1:00 pm (last admission 12:30 pm)
  • Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (last admission 5:30 PM)
  • It is closed annually from December 24th to 26th. On January 1st it opens at 10:00.
