This ticket is valid for standard daytime admission only and does not apply to seasonal events.

  • The Treetop Walkway, Climbers & Creepers, Children's Garden, Galleries, Kew Palace and Kew Explorer are currently closed.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Only adults with children can enter the Children's Garden with their valid ticket.
  • Only registered assistance dogs with disabilities are allowed in the gardens.
  • Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, balance bikes, and other vehicles (except electric wheelchairs) must be left at the entrance.
  • To protect the lawns, ball games or sports activities are not permitted.
  • It is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the galleries.
  • The narrow Treetop Walkway is not suitable for electric scooters or strollers.
  • Manual wheelchairs are welcome in the galleries; strollers must be left in the designated area.
  • Kew Palace and the Royal Kitchens are included in the price of admission when they are open (from Easter to the last weekend in September each year).
  • Parking is prohibited on Kew Road and is limited in the surrounding areas. Walking or cycling is recommended if possible.
  • There are no lockers or luggage storage available.
