* Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
* From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
* The turf has been removed from the pitch.
* Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
* The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.
* There is no luggage storage service available.
* Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc.). If not presented, payment of the price difference to the adult rate may be required
