Meet your tour guide at Piazza del Duomo 19/20, in front of the Museo della Misericordia. The guide will be wearing a dark blue uniform with the 'VoxCity' logo. The tour will depart at the booked time.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to avoid missing the departure. Latecomers after 12:35 will not be admitted or refunded.
