*Wheelchair users: All areas are accessible. Please notify us in advance of your visit.
*On match days, the tour will be open until 5 hours before kick-off.
* You must exchange your voucher for a valid ticket at the Julià Travel office.
*Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium opening times: 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:00 PM.
*Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to matches, training sessions, or special events. Please check opening hours before your visit.

Meeting point

You must exchange your voucher for a valid ticket at the Julià Travel office at 15 San Nicolás Street before going to the stadium.
Tickets will not be delivered before the booked date.
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The tour starts and ends at Territorio Atleti (next to the official Atlético de Madrid store), Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium – Avenida Luis Aragonés, 4.
Anyone who does not show up at the scheduled time will not be entitled to a refund.
