What is there to know?
• The voucher can be used on the date selected for the event ; changes to the date are not permitted.
To use the voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name used at the time of booking. Failure to present valid ID will result in a denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued.
• Dolphin Meet & Greet participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time . If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a no-show.
• Please note that the scheduled time is for mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.
• All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult aged 18 or over.
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
• The maximum number of participants per session is 15.
• If you are pregnant and interested in trying a dolphin program, consult your doctor first.
• For the safety of our animals, cameras, jewelry, hair accessories or other loose accessories are not allowed in the water.
• After the experience, a free printed photo will be provided for each ticket paid.
• Please note that during peak seasons, such as school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter break, lines for Aquaventure rides may be long. Subject to availability, the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or at the customer service kiosk inside the park.
• Remember that Aquaventure closes at 5:30pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the exciting water rides and attractions available to you.
In case of inclement weather, we may have to temporarily close the attraction for your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in the event of inclement weather.
