The activity will be held in English.

• The voucher can be used on the selected event date ; date changes are not permitted. To use the voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the name of the contact person used when booking. Failure to present valid ID will result in denied entry and no refunds will be issued.
• Check-in is 15 minutes before your booked tour start time.
• Pregnant women should not participate. Those with serious medical conditions should carefully consider whether to participate.
• Lost World Aquarium reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the program.
• All minors under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 years of age or older.
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects the incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
• The experience includes 15–20 minutes of preparation and 20–30 minutes in the water.
• Guests must be at least 6 years old to participate and all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and over).
• Taking photos, filming, and recording videos is permitted. Alternatively, Atlantis's professional photographers will take photos, which can be purchased for an additional fee at the end of the experience.
• In case of inclement weather, the attraction may be temporarily closed for your safety. Refunds will not be available in the event of inclement weather.
