What is there to know?
- The activity will be held in English.
- The voucher can only be used on the selected event date; date changes are not permitted. To use the voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the name provided at the time of booking. Without valid ID, you will not be allowed access to the event and no refund will be issued.
- Sea Lion Meet & Greet participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a no-show . Please note that the scheduled time refers to the mandatory check-in time and not the experience itself.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult 18 or older.
- Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the incorrect ticket type (adult or child) is selected.
- The maximum number of participants per program is 10 people.
- After the experience, a free printed photo will be provided for each paid ticket.
- If you are pregnant and would like to participate in a sea lion program, please consult your doctor first.
- For the safety of the animals, cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water.
- Please note that during peak seasons, such as school holidays, winter vacations, or Easter break, lines for Aquaventure rides may be long. Subject to availability, the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or at the customer service kiosk inside the park.
- Please note that Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM; plan your day accordingly to take advantage of all available attractions.
