What is there to know?
- Children up to 2 years old enter free.
- Some attractions may have height restrictions.
- The voucher is valid only for the selected date; date changes are not permitted.
- If you are 120 cm or taller, select an adult ticket; otherwise, select a child ticket.
- Lockers and towels are available for rent in the park.
- No food, drinks, or glassware are permitted inside the park. Staff may check your bags.
- Appropriate swimwear is required; see-through swimsuits, underwear, jeans, loose-fitting clothing (abaya, dishdasha), or similar items are not permitted.
- Regular diapers are not allowed in the pool or on attractions; swim diapers are available at the park shops.
- Please bring your booking confirmation with you, either printed or on your phone.
- The entrance for the Aquaventure Day Pass is located at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza .
- Additional services such as towels, lockers, or meals can be purchased inside the park.
- During peak season (school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter holidays), lines can be long. You can purchase an AquaXpress pass, subject to availability.
- Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM, so plan your day to make the most of all the attractions.
Please note: During inclement weather, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. In the event of inclement weather, refunds are not available.
